approved as read.

Lambert L Co. , the annual audit of the City of M chita Falls and the
Vv"y chita General Hospital for the total sum of 4725.00 being the lowest
and best bid.
lotion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried.
Loved by Alderman Fitzpatrick that the Board of Aldermen grant the
issuance of a dance license to hirs. C. W. Lane, located at 200 Indiana Ave.
This license issued with the understandinpa that no intoxicating, beers or
liquors are to be sold at this location.
Notion seconded by Alderman Hyer and carried.
Moved by Aldermen Wolf that the Board of Aldermen authorize and
order adjustment of personal and property taxes and settlement of same as
set out in the following; schedule.

Moved by Alderman hyer that the Board of Aldermen accept the
following list of bids on houses advertised for sale by the City as the
highest and best bids for these several properties:
