The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular
session on the above date at 8:00 o'clock P. '. in the Council Room of the
"emorial Auditorium with the following members present:

The minutes of the regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen of
November 18th, were read.
Yoved by Alderman Williams that the minutes of November 18th, be
approved as read.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hyer and carried.
Yoved by Alderman Baylor that the Board of Aldermen authorize the
use of additional space in the Basement of the Auditorium Building for in-
creasing the NYA project, and further authorize the additional expense for
same estimated at $10.00 per month, upon the agreement by Wichita County
and Wichita Falls independent School District No. 1; the said additional ex-
pense to be borne by the three units.

R E S O L U T I O N
Yoved by Alderman Williams that the Board of Aldermen of the City
of Wichita Falls authorize the execution for, and on behalf of, the City
of Wichita Falls for that certain Work Projects Administration Project
iroposal, Sponsor's Proposal !vo. 4-40, and being a project for city-wide
construction of vitrified tile sanitary sewers in various streets, alleys
and parks in "Wichita Falls and at the l.unicipal Airport near Wichita Falls,
together with all appurtenant structures, and performing all other work
appurtenant thereto, and further that W. E. Fitzgerald, I:=ayor of the City
of Wichita Falls be authorized to execute such ,project as the Sponsor's
Ar,.ent, and that J. Bryan biller, City tanager, be authorized to execute
such project proposal as the fiscal officer of said City.

Tvoved by Alderman Williams that the Board of Aldermen of
the City of V.ichita Falls do hereby allocate and set aside t o that
certain project described in Work Projects Administration Project
Proposal , Sponsor's iroposal ido. 4-40, and entitled "City-wide con-
struction of vitrified the sanitary sewers in v3ricus streets, alleys,
and parks in Acr-..ita Falls and at the �i =icipal Airport near Wichita
Falls, toy-ether with all appurtenant structures, and performing all
other work appurtenant thereto," all those certain funds, materdals and
equipment as set out in such project proposal., as the Sponsor's contri-
bution, and beins- a total amount of $14t937.25, and that such fund be
allocated from and constitute a charge ap-ainst the General Fund of said
City.

the sale of a portion of Lot 4, Taylor Subdivision to Eugene E. Viilson
for the sum of $100.00, and further authorize the Yayor to execute a
deed to said lct.
