4-39, and being a project to furnish free home assistance in hcusevork and care of
children in the homes of the needy where t.'r_e homemaker is totall'r or pE_rtially in-
capacitated because of ill health or confi �erent, or There sere temporpary emergency
arises vlAch makes such assist-nce necessary, and further Vint `+. E. Fitzgerald,

set out in sucf project proposal, as the Sponsor's contribution, and being a total
amount of $802.00, and that suc'E fund be allocated from and const--tute a charge against
the General Fund of said City.
