The minutes of the meeting of October 9th were read.

be approved as read.

Aycock for a public dance license at 1202 Lamar Street.

extension of sanitary sever lines to serve blocks 1, 2, , , ,
and parts of blocks 9 and 10, Harrison Addition, and to serve new develop^rents
in one block between 171arshall and Bridwell Streets, Lee 'Wilson Addition, at an
approximated cost for material of $700.00.

Droved by Alderman Williams that the Board approve the request of
property owners for a hard-surfaced pavin-, of the 1900 block on Ardath Street
under the new minimum pavinc specifications approved by the Board, the City to
furnish engineer, make excavations and prepare gradinE with PavinC construction to
be done by priv«te contr2etors, all upon the ar-prcval of the Cite Engineer•.

to the Texas State Empleyr:ent Service charreabl.e to the ap-i)ropriation for the current
fiscal year.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stampfli and carried.
Y'oved by Alderman Stannfli that the Board authorize the payment of
$2,165.38 to the Wichita General Hospital upon payr^ent of a like sum by Vilichita
County and chargeable to the appropriation for the current fiscal year.

RESOLUTION
VEEREAS, it is necessary to transfer certain unexpended portions of
appropriations made and ordained for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1939,
from departments, divisions, and accounts where such unexpended appropriations exist,
to departments, divisions, and accounts where normal and ordered expenditures create
and will create an over-expenditure of the original appropriation:

TEAT transfers of certain unexpended portions of appropriations from

Clerk.
