The Board of Aldermen of the City of lichita Falls met in regular
session on the above date at 8:00 o'clock 1. h . , in the Council. Room of the
Memorial Auditorium Building with the following; mer^bers present:

The minutes of the meeting; of October 2nd were read.
Yoved by Alderman Bebb that the minutec, of the meeting of October 2nd
be approved as read.
Motion seconded by Alderman I4aylor and carried.
Loved by <lilderman Bebb that the City advertise for bids on specifications
furnished by the City Vanager and reviewed by the Council for paving construction on
lateral streets contemplated in proposed VVIPA project, bids to be received not later
than October 20th, 5:00 o'clock P. P .
Il'otion seconded by Alderman Taylor and carried.
Moved by Alderman Stampfli that the Board order issuance of a building
permit for the construction of a filling station building on Lot 2, Block 12, Kemp
Addition, on Dallas Street, allowing said building to extend to the property line,
said permit issue provided no protests are filed on or before October 16th.
Yotion seconded by Alderman Wolf and carried.
lJoved by Alderman Stampfli that the Board allow the installation of one
additional gasoline pump at 1009-3-1 Scott Street. All pumps at this location to be
set and installed not less than six feet inside the street curb line and subject
to the approval of the State Highway Department.
