Alderman Kaylor, Chairman of the Board coEnittee investigating drainage conditions at 'A,,.enty-first and Broad Streets and other locutions, report- ed with a su7nestior_ that further survey be made to determine the cost of Right-of- '`ay necessary for the relief of storm drainage adjacent to Twenty-first qnd Broad Streets.
