' Droved. by Alderman Stampfli that the Board order permit to be issued for the installation of two 2,000 gallon gasoline storaSe tanks at Zishth and Travis by the Phillips Petroleum Company and under the direction of the City Engineer. Poved by Alderman Williams that the Board order permit to be issued to Phillips Petroleum Company for the erection of a service station sign at Eighth and Travis subject to the tc the approval of the State lliohway Department, between the curb line and the sidewalk. Motion seconded by Alderman Stampfli and carried. 1.oved by Alderman Williams that the Board order permit to issue for the erection of a service station sign at Third Street and Scott Avenue by the Phillips Petroleum Company, said sign to be located betreen the sidevialk line and the curb line, subject to the approval and consent of the State Tlighway Department. Tiloved by Alderman Stampfli that the Board approve the issuance of a dance license to Sammy VI lliams, location at 807-1" Tenth Street, with the understanding that a police officer be employed and paid by the operator.
