sign and execlte a contract by and between the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
and the Hamilton-1artin Investment Company, said contract to provide for the
construction and installation of sanitary sever mains at an extimated cost
of $1,500,00 in the Second Su-,plemental Addition to the.: First Section of the
Country Club Estates Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, the said estimated
\� construction cost of $1,500.00 to be paid by Hamiltonl artin Investment Company,
and further providing that the City of Wichita Falls sh-'11 reimburse the said
Hamilton,martin Investment Company the total estimated construction cost of
$1,500.00 when and at such time a sufficient number of sever connections are
on service on said lines produces 10% of the total, cost of sa-.1.1,3 lines,
based on $6.00 per connection per year; said contract to further provide for
the construction and installation of water mains to serve said Second Supple-
mental Addition to the First Section of the Country Club Estates to the City
of r°vichita Falls at an estimated cost of $3,300,00, said estimated construction
cost to be paid byy 7amiltonMartin Investment Company, and further providing
that the City of Iiichita Falls shall reimburse the said Hamilton-Martin
Investment Company at the rate of 25% of the gross annual revenue from said
water line, and further providing that any and all sums of money due the
Hamilton-Yartin Investment Company under the terms of the contract shall bear
no interest.

Vayor Fitzgerald called for stated public hearing on contemplated pro-
posed measures for the banninf- of the sale, distribution, use, etc. , of fireworks
within the city limits.
Representatives of the Central Council of the Parent-Teachers Associations
of the City urged t'.e passage of Ordinance No. 1288.
Attorneys representing the fireworks distributors urged that the Board
not pass the proposed ordinance and filed with the Board a petition signed by a
nur.1ber of suburban drug store owners.
Dr. Theodore Hyde and others, representing the Safety Council, spoke in
favor of the passage of the proposed ordin:r.ce, or an ordinance as amended after
further consideration by the Council.
