SECTION 1. That an election is hereby called to be held on
the 4th day of April, A. D. 1939, for the purpcse of electing three Aldermen for
the City of Wichita falls, Texas.
SECTIU1 2. The places .for which Aldermen shall be. elected are
hereby designated as No. 1, 2 and 3. Said Aldermen shall ,serve the City of.

SECTION 4. That cony of this resolution sinned by the Mayor of
said City and attested by the City Clerk, shall serve as proper notice of said election.
The T„ayor is authorized and directed to cause this notice of an
election to be posted at the City Hall and in each election precinct within said City,
for at least fifteen full days prior to the date of said election.
SECTION 5. The Layor is further authorized and directed to cause
this notice of election to be published in some newspaper of general circulation
published in said City once each week for two consecutive weeks. The date of the
first publication shall not be less than fifteen full days prior to the date of said
election.
