P9oved by Alderman Bebb that the Board of Aldermen authorize -
and approve the acceptance of certain V°jarranty Deed dated February 7, 1939, -:x-
executed by J. T. Harrel to the City of Wichita Falls, for certain parcels
of land out of the John V. Mieeler survey, Abstract 377, Wichita County, Texas,
said land to be used for right-of-way purposes Highway No. 30, for the
consideration of $750.00, tti-aiving requirements of City Attorney's opinion
dated January 18, 1939.

Moved by Alderman Williams that the Board of Aldermen
accept the bid of the Eureka Fire Hose Co., for new fire hose as the
lowest and best bid, at a price of 85V per foot, less 2,%o discount within
10 days from date of invoice.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried.
Moved by Alderman Wolf that the Council authorize an
expenditure sufficient to purchase and install one - 36 inch culvert, and
one smaller culvert for the completion of newly traded street right-of-way
to the Bowie school, at an estimated cost of $250.00.

authorize tax refund in the sum of $31.78 to T. S. Juliuson, on account
of homestead on lot 12, block 11, Jalonic Addition.

Loved by Alderman Bebb that the Board of Aldermen of the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, hereby authorize the organization and establish-
ment of a Venereal Disease Clinic for local services, said clinic to be es-
tablished and organized to meet the requirements of the State Health Department,
and further authorizes the expenditure not to exceed the total sum of $2,080.00
for the City's contribution to the operation and maintenance of said Clinic,
as hereinafter set out in this order.

the payment of $20.00 to the %`ichita Falls Clinic Hospital on account of
