Min 12/19/1938 Wichita Falls, Texas Memorial Auditorium Building, December 19, 1938 The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, met in regular session at 8:00 P. M. on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium with the following members present: W. E. Fitzgerald, Mayor Edwin A. Bebb, ) J. W. Fitzpatrick, ) Pat Hardage, ) Aldermen H. J. Naylor, Jas. Ll. Williams, ) J. Bryan Yiller, City 1 anager J. H.Crouch, City Clerk T. A. Hicks, City Attorney The Minutes of the regular meeting of December 12th, were read. Moved by alderman Naylor that the Minutes of the regular meeting of December 12th, be approved as read. Motion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried. Moved by Alderman Bebb that the Board authorize and order tax refund to Mrs. Elizabeth Zimmerman in the sum of $19.50 on Lot 21, Block 1 Trueheart No. 10. Motion seconded by Alderman Williams and carried. Moved by Alderman Williams that the Council authorize adjustment of personal and property taxes and settlement of same, as outlined in the following schedule. Motion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried. Potion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried. Moved by Alderman Naylor that the City Manager be hereby authorized to construct and install a two inch water line in Riverside Cemetery connecting certain dead end water lines, said improvement to be at a cost of not to exceed $300.00, and under ITA project formerly approved for parks and cemeteries. 1-lotion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried. Loved by Alderman Bebb that the Board authorize and order paid to Dr. James 0. Bailey, dental bills in the sum of $135,00 accruing by reason of injuries sustained by City employees in line of duty. Motion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried. Moved by Alderman Fitzpatrick thatthe Board of Aldermen adjourn subject to call until the second regular meeting scheduled in January 1939.
