Nays: None. itr.S OLUT I ON F_ 5, at a regular r.eeting of the ';oard of lderrnen of the City o .ichita FE lls, Texas , held at the regular meeting place in the emorial E'.uditorium Building in said City, on the 3rd day of October, 1938, at vhich a quorum vas present, came on to be considered the returns of the special election held on September 30, 1938, for the purpose of submitting four propositions to the qualified voters of said City, and providing; for the issuance of bonds; and ',dEEFE,:S, after canvassing the return of said election, it teas found that it was duly and legally held in all respects, and that there were cast at said election 1791 votes with the following results: PROPOSITION i,;0.
