Min 06/20/1938 :744 0ichita "Falls, "exas Memorial Auditorium Building June 20, 1938 The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls net in regular session at 8:00 P. M. on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium with the following members present: W. E. Fitzgerald, Mayor Edwin A. Bebb, H. J. Naylor, J. Vi. Fitzpatrick, ( Aldermen Frank VdoIf, X J. Bryan L'_iller, City Tanager J. 11. Crouch, City Clerk T. A. Hicks, City Attorney The Minutes of the regular meeting of June 13th were read. Moved by Aldeman Wolf that the Yinutes of the regular meeting of June 13th be approved as read. Motion seconded by Alderman Naylor and carried. is'oved by Alderman Naylor that a tax refund in the sum of 010.22 be allowed to the North 'Texas Building and Loan Association for the account of L'. B. RRdford on Lot 6, Block 15, Scotland Addition, on account of homestead. Motion seconded by Alderna-r. Bebb and carried. Moved by Alderman Wolf that Chauffeur's License be granted to 1reldon Franks. Notion seconded by Alderman Naylor and carried. Moved by Alderman Bebb that the Board approve special permit to C. H. Parker for the installation of a gasoline service pump to be located on Fifth Street between Scott and Indiana and situated betvreen the sidevialk and street curb line and at least seven feet inside of the street curb line. Motion seconded by Alderran V olf and carried. Moved by Alderman Naylor that the Ro-.rd authorize payment of $1,576. to the ichita General Hospital on payment of like sum by Wichita County. Motion seconded by AYerrian Bebb and carried.
