The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session
at 8:00 P. Y. on the above date in the Council Room in the Yemorial Auditorii_u1 with
the following members present:

The I inutes of the regular meeting of February 7th were read.
:Moved by Alderman Tolf that the Minutes of the regular meeting of February
7th be approved as read.
Motion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried.
Yoved by Alde3nan Bebb that the Board defer consideration of Ordinance
No. 1267 on second reading.
Yotion seconded by Alderman Williams and carried.
Moved by Alderman T';olf that the Board authorize and order tax refund on
homestead to Mrs. Bessie Bruce on Lot 4, Block 67, Floral Heights Addition, in the
amount of $53.71.
lotion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried.
Yoved by Alderman golf that the Council authorize adjustments of personal
and property taxes and settlement of same as outlined in the following schedule:

h`oved by Alderman Naylor that the Board approve acceptance of a certain contract
or agreement in letter from Cummings & Vyraan, Attorneys for Catholic Order of
Foresters, dated iebruary 8, 1938, for the exchange of some $188,500 City of
titichita Falls Bonds for refunding bonds dated June 1, 1936, and authorize the
signing and execution of same by the Mayor or City IlrEnager.
