The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session
at 8:00 P. M. on the above date in the Council Room in the 1..4iemorial Auditorium with
the following members present:
W. E. Fitzgerald, Mayor

The Minutes of the regular meeting of January 24th were read.
Moved by Alderman Bebb that the Minutes of the meeting of January 24th
be approved as read.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried.
Moved by Alderman Wolf that the Board allow and order tax refund on home-
steads to the following:
First Federal Savings & Loan Dissociation on Lot 9, Block 48, Southland,
$14.28.
C. A. Yinftey, Lot 6, Block 37, Floral Heights Addition, $17.72.
Homer Lee on (D)S25' of Lot 6 and N40' of Lot 7, Block 5, West Side
Floral Heights Addition, $118.86.
Motion seconded by Alderman Naylor and carried.
Moved by Aldenian Babb that the Board defer considee ation of the request
for installation of sanitary sewer in the alley between NorthAan North Scott
Streets.
P,Iotion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried.

Citizens and property owners living in the virelty of the Labor Temple
complained to the Board of the operation of the Trocadero dance club and requested
cancellation of their permit and license.
Mayor Fitzgerald request he City Manager to make complete investigation
of the complaint end report to the City Council.
Moved by Alderman Wolf that the Board deny request to allow dance halls oper-
ating in the City to remain open until 2:00 A. 11.
Motion seconded by Alderman Bebb and carried.
Moved by Alderman 11"olf that the Council authorize adjustments of personal
and property taxes and settlement of same as outlined in the following schedule:

Moved by Alderman Bebb that the Board authorize purchase of 4,'..,20,000 City
of Wichita Falls Bonds and order and authorize such purchase out of the Sink, g
Fund now on deposit with the City National Bank"at a price not to exceed 90 pan
further authorize the City manager to purchase said .20,000 bonds under the author-
ity of this order.

Moved by Alderman Herdage that the Board allow and order paid an agreed
judgment in favor of R. Y. TateAgainst the Four Threes Taxicab Company in the sun
of $150.00; said payment to be made to the Four Threes Taxicab Company to reimburse
them for prior settlement of said judgment, and said payment to be made out of the
taxicab deposit fund.
Motion seconded by Alderman Wolf and carried.
Moved by Alderman Wolf that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by gldenran Fitzpatrick and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
