The Board of Aldermen of the city of ,�ichita Falls met in regular session
at 8:00 P. Pd. on the above date in the Council Room in the Lemorial Auditorium with
the following members present:

The P:inutes of the regular meeting of January 17th were read.
iu"roved by Alderman Bebb that the Minutes of the regular meeting of January
17th be approved as read.
Motion seconded by Alderman Williams and carried.
Pv_oved by Alderman Volf that the Board grant tax refund on homestead
exempt to E. M. Horn, Lot 1, Block 89, Highland Addition, in the amount of
70.98.
Yotion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried.
Idoved by Alderman Williams that the Board defer action on request for
extension of sanitary sewer on North Lamar and North Travis.
Motion seconded by Alderman �:'olf and carried.
Roved by Alderman Bebb that the Board order payment of S2,542.9l to the
"sichita General Hospital on payment of like sum by "ichite County.
Motion seconded by Alderman Williams and carried.
Moved by Alderman Hardage that the Board grant domino license on applica-
tion of Joe H. Todd to operate at 804 Eighth Street.
Yotion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried.

and property taxes and settlement of same as outlined in the following schedule:

Moved by Alderman Bebb that the Board authorize and order expenditure of
not to exceed $50.00 a month for the months of February - September 1938 for rental
of office space for W.P.A. office in the Brown Building, and authorize execution
of an 18 months lease on said space at not to exceed $42.50 per month with the
privilege of cancellation by the City in six months.

Hunn and L. H. Lawton.
Motion seconded by Alderman Williams and carried.
An application for permission to solicit funds on behalf of an Association
for the Blind was referred by the Mayor to the imaging Board of the Community Chest.
Moved by Alderman Wolf that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
