The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session
at 8:00 P. M. on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium with
the following members present:
W. E. Fitzgerald, Mayor
J. W. Fitzpatrick, Z
Frank Wolf, I Aldermen
J. Bryan Miller, City Manager
J. H. Crouch, City Clerk
T. A. Hicks, City Attorney
There being no quorum present on roll call, the Mayor declared the meeting
adjourned until next regular meeting date of January 17, 1938.
