at 8:00 P. 11. on tbf, -above date in the Council Roots in the I'Temorial Auditorium with
the following members present:

TToved by alderman Naylor that the Board refer to the City i;ttorney a
request for the payments of judgment entered in the 78th District Court in Cases
No. 30928-B and 31557-C, and. request the City i"ttorney to prepare a proposed
amendment to Ordinance No. 1248 to provide for payments of all claims and judgments
under the sum of �500.00 by the Taxicab Companjifparticipeting in the Taxicab
Deposit Fund.
