166 Tichits Falls, Texas Manorial Puditorium Building November 8, 1937 The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session at 8:00 P. M. on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium with the following members present: W. E. Fitzgerald, Yzyor J. 7V, Fitzpatrick, Pet Hardage, H. 1. Naylor, Aldermen Frank ?:'golf, � J. Bryan Miller, City 1&.�nsger J. H. Crouch, City Clerk T. A.. Hicks, City Attorney The Minutes of the regular meeting of November let were read. Moved by Alderman Wolf that the Iinutes of the regular meeting of November lst be approved as read. Yotion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried. Mioved by Alderman Naylor that the Board grant to Mr. Etchmen, who person- ally appreared, a special permit covering the installation of gasoline pumps at 202 Scott Avenue; said pumps to be installed between the curb line and property line and set at least 10 feet inside the curb line, subject to approval of the State Highway Department, and installed according to the usual specifications with the agreement and understanding that said pumps will be removed at the request of the Board of Aldermen. Motion seconded by Alderman ?golf and carried. Moved by Alderman Wolf that the Board authorize adjustments of personal and property t axes,e nd settlement of same as outlined in the following schedule: Motion seconded by Aldermen Fitzpatrick and carried. Motion seconded by Alderman Hardege and carried by the following vote: Yeas: Aldermen Wolf, Hardage and Naylor. Nays: Alderman Fitzpatrick. The Aldermen present urged. Mayor Fitzgerald to attend the Conf erenc a of Mayors to be held in Washington, D. C., the week of November 14th. Moved by Alderman Hardage that the meeting be adjourned.
