Min 10/25/1937 Wichita Falls, Texas Memorial Auditorium Building October 25, 1937 The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session at 8:00 P. M. on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium with the following members present: Edwin A. Bebb, Q J. W. Fitzpatrick, Q Pat Hardage, Q H. J. Naylor, Q Aldermen J. M. Williams, Q Frank Wolf, Q J. H. Crouch, Acting City Manager T. A. Hicks, City Attorney In the absence of the Mayor the meeting was called to order by Alderman Wolf who moved that Alderman Bebb be elected Mayor Protem for this meeting. The motion was seconded by Alderman Naylor and carried. The Minutes of the regular meeting of October 18th were read. Moved by Alderman Williams that the Minutes of the regular meeting of October 18th be approved as read. Motion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried. ORDINANCE NO. 1263 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING THE TEXAS PIPE LINE COMPANY A FRANCHISE TO CON- STRUCT, M&INTAIN AND OPERATE CERTAIN TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH LINES OVER, UMER, UPON AND ACROSS CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS IN THE SAID CITY OF IPICHITA FALLS, TEXAS. Moved by Alderman Naylor that Ordinance No. 1263 be passed on its third and final reading and be adopted as read. Motion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried by the following vote: Yeast Aldermen. Naylor, Hardage,-.Fitzpatrick'-.Williams, and Wolf. Nays: None.
