Wichita Falls, Texas Memorial Auditorium Bui ldi ng October 11, 1937 The Board of Aldermen cC the City of Wichita. Falls net in regular session at 8:00 P. M. on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium with the following members present: W. E. Fitzgerald, Mayor Pat Herdege, J. T. Fitzpatrick, � J. M. Williams, � Edwin A. Bebb, Aldermen H. J. Naylor, Frank Wolf, Q J. Bryan &'filler, City blenager J. H. Crouch , City Clerk T. A. Hicks, City Attorney The Minutes of the regular meting of Octab er 4th were read. Moved by Alderman Williams that the Yinutes of the regular meeting of October 4th be approP ed as read* liotion seconded by Alderman Babb and carried, Moved by Alderman Wolf that the Board approve recommended settlement of the claim of Mrs. Myrtle Morrow Florence against the City of Wichita Falls in the sum of $125.00 upon full releese to be prepared and approved by the City Attorney. Motion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried. Moved by Alderman Wolf that the Board grant dance license on application of W. W. Medford, 601-A Jefferson, with the understanding that said license be sub- ject to immediate revocation at eny time at the discretion of the Council. Motion seconded by Aldermen Williams and carried by the following vote: Yeas : Aldermen Wolf, Williams, Babb, Herdage, and Naylor. Nays: Pldermen Fitzpatrick. Moved by Alderman Tolf that the Board deny dance license on application of R. E. Blythe, 1002 Burk Road. Motion seconded by Alderman Williams and carried. Moved by Alderman Naylor that the Board grant dance license on application of G. E. Malone location Labor Temple. Motion seconded by Alderman Babb and carried. Motion seconded by Alderman Yilliams and carried. Moved by Alderman Fitzpatrick that chauffeur licenses be granted to Ralph Counts and Hoye Brown. lotion seconded by Aldermen Naylor end carried. Yoved by Alderman Naylor that the Board of Aldermen hereby authorize the writing off of the Accounts Receivable of the `later Department of the City, certain accounts for water service accumulsted in said ,,.Star Department over a period from April 1, 1928, to April 1, 1934, and aggregating the sum of $6,453.73, detail of said sum to be filed in the °aster Department records. motion seconded by Aldeinen Bebb and carried. Moved by Alderman Williams that the Council authorize payment of the sum of $1,154.50 to the City National Bank end the sum of $64.72 to the First Netionel Bank, `.'�ichita Fells, Texas, on account of miscellaneous fiscal egent s fees in the refunding of "Tichits Fells Consolideted Bonds. Yotion seconded by Ilderman Fitzpatrick and carried. Yoved by Aldermen Bebb that the Board cf Aldermen appoint 1. H. Crouch, Acting City Yaneger, and Geo. T.
