at 8:00 P. W. on t he a bove dat a in t he Counci 1 Room in t he Memori al Audi to ri um wi th

The reading of the Minutes of September 20th was dispensed with by order
of the Yzyor.
hoved by Alderman Bebb that the Board authorize and order refunds on the
following property:
To T. F. Hunter, Lots 5-6-7-8, Block 75, Floral Heights Addn. , homestead, $126.00.
To Mrs. Leithel Patton Ford, Lot 14, Block 65-A, Highland Addn. , homestead, $47.18.
Motion seconded by Alderman Williams and carried.
Moved by Alderman Wolf that the Board grant issuance of dance hall license
to G. E. Malone, 705 Travis, and deny applications for dance halls at 601-A Jefferson
andl.P02 Burk Road.
Motion seconded by Aldemen Herds govrith the following results:
Yeas: Aldermen Wolf and Hardage.
Nays: Aldermen Williams, Babb, and I&yor Fitzgerald.
NAved by Alderman Williams that the Board order additional investigation
on applications on file for dance hall licenses and that said applications be
reconsidered by the Board.

Moved by Alderman Wolf that the authorizeadjustments of personal and
property taxes and settlement of same as set out in the following schedule:
