The Board of Aldermen of the City of :ATichita Falls met in regular sessicn
at 10 a. me on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium with
the following members present:

The Board was called to order by Alde rnsm 1,7olf whereupon Alderman. 11folf moved,
that in the absence of 1s^1ayor Fitzgerald, Alderrnan Bebb be appointed Yjayor Pro-Tem for
this meeting.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried.

Mayor Pro-Tepi Bebb called for discussion of Ordinance No. 1259 before
vote was taken, whereupon several land owners discussed t2w phases of their deeded
r:i-.'qts to t ie use of Lake ','iichita for irritation purposes.
Vote on Ordinance -No. 1259 was then called by T:'ayorPro-Teri Bebb with
the following results:
Yeas: Alderman Bebb, Fitzpatrick, Naylor, ','fdolf, ITardage and "Nilliams.
Nays: None.
Moved by Alderman 'ivilliarrs that the Board grant Domino License to R. L.
Riley
