The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session
at 8:00 P. H. on the above date in the Council Room in the memorial Auditorium with
the following members present:

the public hearing on application of C. E. Barnett doirr business as City
Cab Corpeny was called.
Roved by Ildermen Wolf that the Board of Aldermen grant to C. F. Barnett
doing business as City Ceb Company a Certificate of Necessity rnd Convenience to
operate one idditionel ter>icab making a total of three cabs under certificates
granted to C. E. ?Rrrnett.

Yoved by Alderman Wolf that the Council ^uthorize And order adjustment
of property and personal tAxes end settlement of same as outlined in the following
schedule:
