The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, met in regular
session at 8:30 P. Y. on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditor-
ium with the following members present:
T. we Fitzpatrick,
Pat Herd&ge,
T. M. Williams, Aldermen
Frank Wolf,
J. Bryan Yiller, City Manager
1. H. Crouch, City Clerk
T. A. Hicks, City Attorney
Ib the absence of Mayor W. E. Fitzgerald, the Alde were called to
order by Alderman Williams whereupon Alderman Williams moved laderman Wolf be
made Mayor Protem for this meeting.
Motion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried.
The Ydnutes of the regular meeting of May loth were read.
Loved by Alderman Hardage that the Minutes of the regular meeting of May
loth be approved as read.
Motion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried.

Moved by Alderman Williams that the Board disallow the claim of Roy
YgAlister for damages.
Notion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried.
Moved by Alderman Williams that the Council authorize and order adjustment
of property and personal taxes and settlement of same as outlined in the following
schedule;

Moved by Alderman Williams that payment of $2,000,00 be made to Wichita
General Hospital for accounts for the month of April on payment of like amount by
Wichita County.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried.
Moved by Alderman Hardage that the Board o Aldermen order and authorize
completion of W.P.A. Project No. 1-36 at an estimate expenditure of $28,000.00.
Motion seconded by Alderman Fitzpatrick and carried.
Moved by Alderman Williams that the Board authorize the City Manager to
lay necessary lines for water service to Lincoln Park at not to exceed the cost of
$186.00.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried.
Moved by Alderman Williams that the Board approve the sale of the following
cemetery spaces:
Space 310, Addition Z, to Chas. F. Davis
Space 366, Addition Z, to Ruphus Neel Riverside Cemetery
Motion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried.
Moved by Alderman Fitzpatrick that the meeting adjourn.
Motion seconded by Alderman Hardage and carried.
The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
