Memorial Auditorium Building
March 29, 1937
The Board of Aldermen of the City of ?Wichita Falls met in regular session
at 8:30 P. M. in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium with the following
members present:
W. E. Fitzgerald, Mayor
Edwin A. Bebb, I
H. J. Naylor, Aldermen
Frank Wolf,
J. Bryan Miller, City Manager
J. H. Crouch, City Clerk
Thelbert Martin, Assistant City Attorney
The Minutes of the regular meeting of March 22nd and recessed session of
March 2,l� were read.
Moved by Alderman Bebb that the Minutes of the regular meeting of March
22 be approved as read and the binutes of the recessed session of March 24 be ap-
proved as corrected.
Motion seconded by Alderman Naylor and carried.
Moved by Alderman Naylor that the Board of Aldermen approve for appropri-
ation and order payment of aecountf or the Texas State Employment Service for the
period April 1, 1937, to October 1, 1937, in the amount of $450.00.
Motion seconded by Alderman Wolf and carried.
The City Manager reported to the Board bids by printing houses on the
printing of the refunding bonds.
Moved by Alderman Bebb that the Board of Alderman award to Clark & Courts,
Houston, Texas, the printing of Wichita Falls Refunding Bonds at their bid of
$6 74.00.
Motion seconded by Alderman 'Rolf and carried.
Moved by Alderman Wolf that the Council defer action on the application
of W. M. Medford for dance hall license.
Motion seconded by Alderman Bebb and carried.
Moved by Aldermen Naylor that the Board accept the bid of the North Texas
Road Machinery Company in the sum of $2,495.08 on a tractor for the Street Department.
Motion seconded by Alderman Bebb end carried.

Moved by Alderman Wolf that the Board refer to the City Attorney for investi-
gation and report claims of Mrs, Kate E. Long and Airs. J. H. Hale, represented by E. W.
Napier, Attorney.
Lotion seconded by Alderman Bebb and carried.
Moved by Alderman Wolf that the Council authorize and order adjustment of
property and personal taxes and settlement of same as outlined in the following
schedule:
