The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session
at 8:30 P. t7. on the above date in the Council Room in the kemorial Auditorium with
the following members present:

Yoved by Alderman Bebb that the Board of Aldermen authorize payment of
$2,000.00 to the Wichita General Hospital on the payment of a like amount from
-Vichita County.
Yotion seconded by Alderman I`aylor and carried.
Proved by Alderman Bebb that the Board of Aldermen establish fees for the
Wichita Falls Tennis Club as follows, and to be of force and effect April 1, 1937:
I-Totion seconded by Alderman Williams and carried:
1. Active members shall be all persons who pay to the City of :'Iichita Falls the
annual membership fee of '.$10.00
29 Active members who become associated with the Club subsequent to the commence-
ment of the fiscal year will pay a membership fee at the rate of 1.00 per
month for each month remaining in the current fiscal year, provided, hourever,
that in no event the amount exceed $10.00 for the balance of such year.

3. Young people who are attending universities and colleges outside of ':Ilichita County
or who are contemplating entering universities or colleges in the fall may become
associate members for the summer months during which they are at home for a fee of
,44.00 for such period.
4. All membership fees are payable to the City of Wichita Falls in advance.
5. rersons who are not members of the Club may have the privilege of the use of the
courts of such Club upon payment in advance of a fee of 259C per person for each
week day they use such courts and a fee of 50¢ per day per person for use of such
courts on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; provided that persons who are not
members of the Club shall not occupy any of such courts after five o'clock P. 11. on
week days and three o'clock P.M. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
6. Additional members of immediate family of an active member may become associate
members upon payment of $2.50 each per year.
7. A list of active and associate members of the Club shall be kept posted on the
bulletin board in the Club House at all times by the Park Superintendent.
