Dick Bundy called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
2. Executive Session
Mr. Bundy adjourned the meeting into executive session at 3:04 p.m. pursuant to TEXAS
GOVERNMENT CODE §551.087. He closed the executive session and announced the meeting back
into regular session at 3:53 p.m.
