Min 03/08/1937 Wichita Falls, Texas Memorial Auditorium Building March 8, 1937 The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session at 8:30 P. M. on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium with the following members present: Edwin A. Bebb, H. T. Naylor, T. B. Stokes, Aldermen is III'. Williamst Frank Wolf, -T. Bryan Y'iller, City Yanager Geo. T. Henderson, Acting City Clerk T. A. Hicks, City Attorney In the absence of the Mayor it was moved by Alderman Wolf that the Board of Aldermen elect Alderman H. J. Naylor Mayor Protem for this regu r meeting of March 8. la Yotion seconded by Alderman Bebb and carried. The Minutes of the regular meeting of March 1 were read and approved. 10"oved by Alderman Wolf that the Board of Aldermen appoint Geo.--% Henderson as Acting City Clerk to serve in any absence of the City Clerk and to perform all duties of the City Clerk during such absence. Motion seconded by Aldeman T Williams and carried. Motion seconded by Alderman Bebb and carried. Moved by Alderman Wolf that the meeting be adjourned.
