Min 12/23/1936 499 Wichita Falls, Texas Memorial Auditorium Building December 23, 1936 The ,Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular recessed session on the above date in the Council Room in the Yemorial Auditorium with the following members present: Nayor E. Fitzgerald, H. T. -Naylor J. B. Stokes, Edwin A. Bebb, Aldermen Claude Miller, 1. Bryan Yiller, City 11anager J. H. Crouch, City Clerk T. Yotion seconded by Alderman Naylor and carried by the following vote: Yeas: Aldermen Bebb, Naylor, Stokes and 111iller. Nays: None. 502 Moved by Alderman Naylor that dance hall license be issued to 0. Dibble doing business as Dibble and Brown, withthe understanding that said license may be revoked for cause by the Chief of Police wit'- out reference to the Board of Aldermen. Motion seconded by Alderman Stokes and carried. moved by Alderman Miller that the Board of Aldermen grant permit to the Ylotor Inn Garage, 607 Ohio Avenue, to remove gasoline pumps and equipment to a new location at 617-19 Ohio Avenue; said equipment to include two gas&line pumps and the installation of two new underground gasoline tanks at the new location. Motion seconded by Alderman Naylor and carried, Moved by Alderman Miller that the following resolution be adopted. Motion seconded by Alderman Naylor and carried by the following vote: Yeas: Aldermen Miller, Naylor, Stokes and Bebb. Nays: None, RESOLUTION �%IERKAS, the passing of Joe E. 7olf, a pioneer citizen of our community, a character of great influence in the life of our City and section of the State, has brought a great, loss; and 7TIEREAS, the death of Jo e E. '.'Iolf has brought deep sorrow and grief to Frank Wolf, his son and our friend and co-member of this Council, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BOARD OF ALDEMVIER CF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT,-we, the Mayor and all the members of the Board of Aldermen, hereby ex- press to Frank- Wolf and to all the' loved ones of Joe E. 1.1olf our deepest sympathy in this time of loss and bereavement, and copy of this Resolution be spread on the Minutes of the Board and copies furnished to Lrs. ;ohn E. T101f and Frank Wolf and the newspaper sl of the City. AD' PASSED AND APPROVED this 23rd day of December�1936. Loved by Alderman Naylor that the Board of Aldermen order and approve signing of a Deed to a walkway space and a certain triangUar space lying east of Lot 376, Bloc� I, Riverside Cemetery; said spaces to be designated as Lot 377, Block I, to Geo. H, MERM Verkle for the consideration of $25.00; said sale to be subject and contingent upon the release of the east half of Lot 376, Block 1, of any end all claims by Lester west, his heirs and assigns. Motion seconded by Uderman Bebb and carried, Moved by Alderman Naylor that the meeting be recessed until December 28. Yotion seconded by Alderman Stokes and carried.
