Min 12/14/1936 4 9 ,5 Wichita Falls , Texas Mernortal Auditorium Building December 14, 1936 The Board of Aldermen of the City of TVichita Falls met in regular session on the above date in the Council Room in the Yemorial Auditorium at 7:30 P.I% with the following members present: '71. Er. Fitzgerald, Mayor Edwin A. Bebb, Claude Miller, H. T. Naylor, Aldermen .T. B, Stokes, J. Bryan Yiller, City Manager .T. F. Crouch, City Clerk T. A. Hicks, City Attorney The Yinutes of the regular meeting of December 7 and regular called meet- ing of December 8 were read. Moved by Aldeiman Bebb that the Minutes of the regular meeting of December 7 and regular called meeting of December 8 ,be approved as read. Motion seconded by Alderman Miller and carried. Moved by Alderman Bebb that the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls hereby call an election to be held in the City of Wichita Falls on the 9th day of February, 1937, for the purposq�,set out in Ordinance No. 1246. Yotion seconded by Aldennan Yiller and carried, ORDINANCE NO. 1246 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDTNG MR THE SUBYISSION TO THE VOTM CF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, 9,:ENMMTTS T-0 TEE CHARTER OF ME SAID CITY RELATING TO THE ISSUE OF BONDS BY THE SAID CITY AND THE LEVY OF TAM�S FOR M-TE PAYI(ENT CF THE SJVE.
