November 23, 1936
The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session
at 7:30 P.M., on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium with
the following members present:

The Linutes of the meeting of November 16 were read.
Moved by Aldemen Wolf that the Minutes of the regular meeting of November
16 be approved as read.
TV�otion seconded by Alderman Naylor and carried.
The Board of Aldermen heard discussions by those interested in the pro-
posed ordinance for governing, regulating and licensing produce dealers, produce
truckers, etc.
No action was taken by the Board.

of proposed change in insurance covering property of the City.

PASSED AND APPROVED ON NOVM,:,BER 29 A. D. 1936t ENTIMED AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND
DEFINING PARKING 17ETER ZONES IN THE CITY OF T:14TICHITA FALLS, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR THE
INSTALLATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF MECHANICAL DEVICES TO REGULATE PARKING
IN SAID PARKING ITTER ZONES; PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF REGULATORY AND IN-
SPECTION FEES FOR THE USE OF SUCH DEVICES; PROVIDING FOR THE DEPOSIT OF SUCH FEES
BY THE CITY TREASURER IN A SPECIAL FUND; PROVIDING FOR TIE METHOD AND PURPOSES OF
DISBURSMTNT OF SAID FUND; MAKING IT UNIA-4FUL TO USE TIE STREETS OR PORTIOM OF

With common consent of all members of the Board present, the Mayor announced
the time for regular board meetings during the winter months to be at 7:1-0 P. M. each
londay night.
