The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session
at 7:30 P. 1. on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium with
the following members present:

A written report from the committee on parking meters was read by ILlder-
man Bebb.
L.Oved by Alderman Bebb that the Board of Aldermen accept the report of
the committee on parking meters and by this order reject all bids excepting bids
by Park-Rite _Vw4E;aw Corporation, I)ual Parking Yeter Co. , and Yark Time Yeter Co;
release all bid bonds posted by companies whose bids are hereby rejected; and that
the Board of Aldernien act as a committee of the whole in further consideration of
the above mentioned corDanies and make the arrard for the purchase of parking neters
required.

Joe blarlow, represented by his attorney, again presented to the Council the
matter of removing street car rails from the city streets and requested further con-
sideration.

city streets be referred to the City 1.1'anager with the request that his recommendations
be reported to the Board of Aldermen.

Falls order and authorize the City Depository of the City of Wichita Falls to re-
place the Central Hanover Bank & Trust Company of New York as the fiscal agent of
the City as set out in Section 2 of the proposed refunding plan dated October 15,
1936.

Mioved by Alderman Bebb that thp request of Attorney Edgar Mann that the
City take steps for the clearing of certain alley or alleys be referred to the City
Attorney.

the Nayor.

at 12:00 Noon on the above date in the Council Room in the Yemorial Auditorium Build-
ing with the following members present:

1,_'oved by Alderman '.Volf that the Board of Aldermen hereby reject all bids
made on parking meters except the bid made by the Park-Rite MpteT Corporation of
Texas; order the release of all bid bonds except the bid bond of Park-
Houston9
Rite I-eter Corporation, and authorize the purchase of not less than 300 nor more
than 500 parking meters, said award vnd purchase to be consummated by contract to

be executed between the City of Wichita Falls and the Park-Rite Yeter Corporation of
Houston in accordance with the terms and specifications of the bids bubmitted by Park-
Rite Corporation, and further authorize the Llayor to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of Wichita Falls.
