The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session
at 7:30 P. Y. on the above date in the Council Room in the Yemorial Auditorium with
the following members present:
Roy Bryan,
IT. J. Naylor
Claude Miller, Aldermen
J. B. Stokes,
Frank Wolf,
J. Bryan Miller, City K-anager
1. H. Crouch, City Clerk
T. A. Hicks, City Attorney
The Irinutes of the previous meeting on September 21 were read and approved.
In the absence of Mayor W. E. Fitzgerald the Council was called to order
by Alderman Roy Bryan.
Loved by Aldennan Bryan that Alderman Wolf be appointed Layor Protem.

Yoved by Alderman Bryan that the Council approve refund to D. L. Holder,
Produce Dealer, and to other produce dealers/.'V111JSuch s��das may be due as refunds on
original payment of $100.00 annual licenses under ordinance No. 1079; said Ordinance
1079 being repealed and made of no effect by Ordinance No. 1207 effective October
309 1935.,

Moved by Alderman Viller that the Council request the City Attorney to
prepare an ordinance regulating the closing time of beer establishments and
sandwich shops and present s8me to the Council for consideration.

Yoved by Alderman Bryan that the Council authorize and order the adjust-
ment of property and personal taxes and settlement of same as set out in the
following schedule:

B. C. Williams and suggested, settlement in the sum of $150.00 until the regular
meeting on October 5.

Moved by Alderman Bryan that the Council order payment of an additional
�5,279.59 to the TwIlichita General Hospital as approximate balance of one half the
deficit to October 1, 1936.

Yrs. C. A. Farrar for damages in the sun of $25,000.

cations for audit of the City's accounts, and call for bids on same on or before 5:00
