at 7:30 p. y. on the above date in the Council Room in the yemorial Auditorium with
the following members present:

The Tinutes of the regular meeting of June 1 were read and approved.
yoved by Alderman Bebb that the application of the Tvarathon Oil Cornpany
for permission to erect a wholesale distributing station at Scott Avenue and
7valnut Street be deferred for firther investigation and repert to the Council
at the next regular meeting.

.1160.00 out of the TAxICAB DEPOSIT FUND to Ira Simmons, according to the terms
of the ordinance governing.

report to the Council the cost of right-of-way for routing Highway No. 66 into the City
via routes known as Virginia Street and California Street.

recommendation of the City Manager that the City maintain insurance coverage on electri(al
motorequipment at the water pumping plant end that the City carry its own risk on all
other electrical motor equipment.

yoved by Alderman "lolf that the Board of Aldermen accept and approve Aw re-
c6mmendation of the City lianager relative insurance protection on all automotive equip- 1
ment of the City, subject to the approval of the City Attorney, and that the Wichita
'Falls Insurance Exchange be designated to handle the distribution of all the insurance
of the City of aichita Falls and the distribution of premiums and commission with the
provision that said insurance exchange make said distribution to both members and non
members.
