The Board Of Aldermen of the City of "lichita Falls met in regular session
at 7:30 P. lv',. on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium with
the following members present:

yoved by Alderman Miller that the 'Roard Of Aldermen hereby approve cancellation
of a plat and dedication having been file-d for record December 29, 1925, recorded
I in Volume No. 234, Page 205, T)eed Records of 11ichita County, Texas,
known as the
Crockett Place Addition, consisting of 7 unimproved lots, each lot being approxi-
mately 58 feet in width and 180 feet in depth, with a 10 foot alley at the rear of
said lots, and a 50 foot Street known as Crockett Street in front of said lots.

Yoved by Aldeman Bryan that the local Townsend Club be pemitted use of
the west lawn of the Auditorium grounds-,- at least-,- two Tuesday nights per month
through the sumner of 1936, provided the City has no rental engagenents for the
said Tuesday nights, and provided the use of the lawn by the Townsend club be sub-
ject to provisions now governing use of said lawn other than rental charges,
Motion seconded by Alde:rmen Miller and carried.
Moved by Alderman Miller that the request of c. P. Engleking, Attorney, in
the sun cr $750.00 for damages to property located at 712 North Scott Street be
referred to the City Attorney fpr in7estigation and report to the Council.

ORDINANCE FOR THE 'YEAR BEGIMTING APRIL 1 1936, AND MWDING YARC-q 31, 1937, AND
DECLARING AN EYERGEITCY-

reading.

adjacent to 117 North Austin be referred for investigation.

y1oved by Alderman Bebb that the Board of Aldermen allow the Loos Shows, spon-
sored by the American Legion, permit and license to show in ,,Iichita Falls for the week
beginning June 1, without charge, and that no application for show license be hereafter
granted unless application is presented to the Council, at least, two weeks before licenke
is to be granted.
