The !,:inutes of the meeting of Lay 4 were read and approved.
Noved by Alderman Volf that the Board of Aldermen authorize the purchase
of certain lands from J. B. Dittoe and A. X. Dittoe for right-of-way for Holliday
Creek channel project, more fully described in a release and quit claim deed for
the total sum of $676.90 which amount fully covers all costs, interest and purchase
price in satisfaction of case styled City of ��'Iichita Falls vs J. B. Dittoe and
A. X. Dittoe in County Court of T�Vichita County, Texas, Case No. 10773, final
settlement subject to approval of the title by the City Attorney.

allocation of $100.00 per month for the months of Iay and Tune, 1936) for the pur-
i pose of paying fixed charges for the Texas State Employment Service offices in

the Board of Aldermen authorize issuance of license for them to operate in the City Of1
Wichita Falls Yay 11 to 16, 1936, inclusive, upon the payment of all license fees and
costs set out in ordinance governing same.

cations for tax adjustments.

Texas Utilities Company one $5.00 blanket permit covering excavations incident to all
meter loop changes to be made before July 1.

AN ORDINANCE YAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR nE SUPPORT OF THE CITY GOVERMENT
UNTIL THE FINAL ADOPTION OF A BUDGET AND PASSAGE OF A GENERAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
FOR TBE YEAR BEGININTING APRIL 1. 19369 AND ENDING YARCH 311 1937.

the repair of awning on building located at 717 Indiana Avenue on condition that the
Yiassachusetts Yutual Life Insurance Company will install a permanent awning in compli-
ance with the building code, if said building is not remodeled within a period of six
months from date.
