The Board of Aldermen of the City of '"richita Falls met in regular session
at 7:30 P. k'. on the above date in the Council Room in the Pyemorial Auditorium with
the following members present:

rendered be passed for consideration at an executive session of the Council.

tion, 77. H. Bachman, local Secretary, be granted permission to use the Auditorium
without charge on b-ay 15, 1936, afternoon and evening, for a district meeting.

Y.oved by Alderman Bryan that the Board of Aldermen delay epproveifor
payment of water and Sewer -1arrants No. 46 and 47 until the annual budget has been

Yoved by Alderman Bryan that the Board of Aldermen delay approval for pav-
ment of the Dittoe claim for Right-of-Vay in the um of �k9,.p,QS and instruct the
City Attorney to attempt settlement by agreemenhe City and Dittoe whereby
the Dittoe interests will waive all claims for damages on account of delay in com-
pletion of the Holliday Creek Channel project from the time judgment was rendered
II until said project is completed.

Iroved by Alderman Miller that the Board of Aldermen authorize the Acting City
Yanager to sign contract with M. K. Emmert for the removal of 3000 yards of gravel to
expedite certain W.P.A. projects and instruct the City Attorney to ascertain that law-
ful title vested in 1'. K. 'Dnmert for said gravel before payment is made for the gravel.

ment on or before Yay 15, 1936, and authorize a maximum salary of $300.00 for said
Board.
