George, City ,Attorney The 1,inutes of the meeting of April 20 were read and approved. I roved by Alderman Naylor that the Gould and Cone claim for services rendered be passed for consideration at an executive session of the Council. lotion seconded by Alderman Hiller and carried. I I'oved by Alderman miller that the request of the Old Age Pension organiza- tion, 77. H. Bachman, local Secretary, be granted permission to use the Auditorium without charge on b-ay 15, 1936, afternoon and evening, for a district meeting. i� Yotion seconded by Alderman Bryan and carried. Emmert for the removal of 3000 yards of gravel to expedite certain W.P.A. projects and instruct the City Attorney to ascertain that law- ful title vested in 1'. K. 'Dnmert for said gravel before payment is made for the gravel. notion seconded by Alderman Naylor and carried.
