M. on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium with the following members present: W. E. Fitzgerald, IAyor Edwin A. Bebb, Roy Bryan, Claude riller, H. J. Naylor, Aldermen J. B. Stokes, Frank ','Iolf. J. H. Crouch, Acting City Yanager & City Clerk E. George, City Attorney The Linutes of the regular meeting of April 13 were read and approved. Y-oved by Alderman Wolf that the Board of Aldermen hereby order that all penalties and interest on all city taxes, both cu Trent,,and Aeli�quent, be waived and the time for payment of all taxes'4W6i�Ad!'Tsl'e�rbetj ext'endeoia "to and including �Iay 15, 1936. ,I- �& V,otion seconded by Alderman Naylor and carried. Yoved by Alderman Bebb that the claim of L. H. Gould and Fred Cone for appraisal service be referred, for at least one week, to the City Attorney for investigation and report, yotion seconded by Alderman Yiller and carried. I'oved by Alderman Bryan that the Board of Aldermen hereby approve and allow the claim of G. H. Howell in the sun of $125.00 upon full release of Varion Y. Boren, Neville Howell, J. D. Sitton, and G. H. Howell, of all claims and rights which they may now have or may hereafter have against any and all persons lawfully responsible for the damage, personal or property, on or about the date of April 13, 1936. Yotion seconded by Alderman Miller and carried. Y-oved by Alderman Bryan that the following resolution be adopted. PASSED AND APPROVED this 20th day of April 1936, Upon the request of Chick Haley, representative of the local Chapter of the De Mlolays, it was moved by Aldeiman Bryan that in conformance with t-ft custom.,the local Chapter of the De Molays be granted the privilege of operating the City of Ilichits, Falls on May lt 1936, under the direction of regular appointed city officials. Motion seconded by Alderman Yiller and carried. Yoved by Alderman Miller that the meeting be adjourned. Motion seconded by Alderman Stokes and carried.
