The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session
at 7:30 P. M. on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium with
the following members present:

The Linutes of the regular meeting of April 13 were read and approved.

Yoved by Alderman Bebb that the claim of L. H. Gould and Fred Cone for
appraisal service be referred, for at least one week, to the City Attorney for
investigation and report,

I'oved by Alderman Bryan that the Board of Aldermen hereby approve and
allow the claim of G. H. Howell in the sun of $125.00 upon full release of Varion
Y. Boren, Neville Howell, J. D. Sitton, and G. H. Howell, of all claims and rights
which they may now have or may hereafter have against any and all persons lawfully
responsible for the damage, personal or property, on or about the date of April
13, 1936.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City National Bank, City Depository, has reauested the Board
of t�lldermen to release as security $20,000 1 1/87"0 Treasury Notes; $50,000 Federal
Farm Mortgage Corporation Bonds; �41,250 Home Owners Loan Corporation Bonds; $20,500
31,% Treasury Bonds; $5,000 Wichita Falls Independent School District Bonds; in the
total amount of $136,750; and,
TEREAS, the City National Bank of Wichita Falls desires to replace said
bonds by the deposit of 150,000 l-n1% Treasury Notes due December 15, 1940, No. 9470
for $100,000, and No. 19471 to 75, inclusive, for $10,000 each;

Upon the request of Chick Haley, representative of the local Chapter of the
De Mlolays, it was moved by Aldeiman Bryan that in conformance with t-ft custom.,the
local Chapter of the De Molays be granted the privilege of operating the City of
Ilichits, Falls on May lt 1936, under the direction of regular appointed city officials.
Motion seconded by Alderman Yiller and carried.
Yoved by Alderman Miller that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stokes and carried.
