A written demand for payment of alleged damage in the sum of J500.00 was presented to the Council by B. C. Silliams and referred to the City Attorney for investigation. D. 1926, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A TAX ON DOGS, PROVIDING FOR VACCINATION OF DOGS AGAINST RABIES BY A LICENSED VETERNARIAN AS A CONDITION PRECEDENT TO TO ISSUANCE OF SUCH LICENSE TAG, THE FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR SUCH-VACCINATION AND PROVIDING FOR THE METHOD OF THE COLLECTION OF SAID TAX AND PROVIDING A PENALTY,, REPEALING ORDINANCE NOS, 396 AND 589 AND ALL OTHER ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH," SO AS TO REDUCE THE ANNUAL LICENSE n:E AND TAX TO ONE ($1.00), DOLLAR ON EACH DOG. '33 RESOLUTION BE IT RESMVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERM OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLSI TEXAS: SECTION 1. That an election is hereby called to be held on the 7th day of April, A, D. 1936, for the purpose of electing a Mayor and four Alderman for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, SECTION 2. The places for which Alderman shall be elected are hereby desig- nated as No. 3. 49 5 and 6.
