The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular called
session at 7:30 P. Iv:. on the above date in the Council Room in the R!emorial Auditorium
Building with the following members present:

J,foved by Alderman Bryan that the Hoard of Aldermen set and establish on the tax
rolls of the City of " ichita Falls valuations for the year 1935 for the following
listed individulas and firms the amounts set opposite their names; the properties
more fully described on the tax rolls, and approve and order the acceptance by the
Tax Collector of tax payment in full as of May 15, 1936, and based on said list to
follow:

Rnoved by Alderman Bryan that the Board of Aldermen set and establish on the tax
rolls of the City of Wichita Falls valuations for the year 1935
for the following listed firms and individuals the amounts set opposite their
names; the properties more fully described on the tax rolls, and approve and order the
acceptance by the Tax Collector of tax payment in full as of day 15, 1936, and based on
said list to follow provided that further investigation reveals said amounts to be just
and equitable and provided said amounts are not controverted or contested by the City
or the taxpayer, and further provided that a mutual agreement is reached between the
City and the taxpayer and the tax payments so agreed upon are made immediately;

Bailey-Moline Hardware Company in the sum of $851.74 and the method of payment offered, '
it being understood that the City of Wichita Falls waives none of its rights and
privileges by this action.
Motion seconded by Alderman Bebb and carried.
