Iv:. on the above date in the Council Room in the R!emorial Auditorium Building with the following members present: TV. E. Fitzgerald, i4.ayor Edwin A. Babb, Roy Bryan, Claude miller, Aldermen J. B. Stokes, Frank 71olf, J. Bryan hiller, City Manager J. H. Crouch, City Clerk T. A.
