The Board of Alderman of the City of Wichita Falls met in regular session
at 7:30 P. M, on the above date in the Council Room in the Memorial Auditorium with
the following members present:
Zohn T. Young, Mayor
Mark D. Walker,
Mack Taylor,
V. E. Stampfli,
1. B. Stokes,
Claude Miller,
Mack Thomas, City Manager
J. H. Crouch, City Clerk

The kAinutes of the previous meetings were read and approved,
Moved by Alderman Taylor that the following resolution be adopted,
Motion seconded by Alderman Stampfli and carried by the following vats:
Yeas: Alderman Taylor, Stempfli, Walker, Stokes, and killer,
Nays: None,
RESOLUTION
WE[EREASP the Board of Aldermen has, in the annual appropriation ordinance
and additional appropriation ordinances for the current fiscal year, made certain
appropriations which are unnecessary in the departments and accounts as coded by
the Administrative Code; and,
certain other departments and accounts have not received the

appropriations necessary for their operation and maintenance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDZPJJZN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS:
THAT the City Manager, the City Treasurer, and the City Clerk be and are
hereby authorized to transfer the following appropriation, to-wit:

D-10 Misal Maintenance $300*00
A-5 Salary Extra Help $300eOo
Moved by Alderman Walker that chauffeur's license be granted to Ray C. Rister.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stampfli and carried.
Attorneys in the case of C. H. Phillips vs City of Wichita Falls presented a
written statement and request to the Board of Aldermen for paymen of claim in the sum
of $4,444.00,
koved by Alderman Taylor that the meeting be adjourned.

The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
