Y. on the above date in the Council Room in the Lemorial Auditorium with the following members present: John T. Young, 1ayor Claude Miller, T. B. Stokes, Mark D. Walker, Aldermen Mack TaylorV V. E. Stam-0flif Mack Thomas, City Lanager J. H. Crouch, City Clerk Thelbert kartin, Acting City Attorney The Minutes of the rweting of February 10 were read and apprcwed. 11oved by Alderman Walker that Edgar B. Smith be granted a chauffeur's license. Yotion seconded by Alderman Stampfli and carried. Yoved by Alderman 'Valker that the Board of Aldermen approve, ratify and accept the dedication of a certain parcel of land to be known as the "Simon Sub- IT division", being a part of the Thos. Rivers Survey Abstract No. 253, Ivichita County, Texas, to be made and called Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, as shown by map and plat of said land duly recorded. h.otion seconded by Alderman Stempfli and carried. Moved by Alderman Miller that the Board of Aldermen authorize refund of $7.98 to E. T. Hancock ,for taxes paid for the year 1934 on homestead, Lot 13, Block ?, Truehart #10. Motion seconded by Alderman Walker and carried.
