ORDINANCE NO. 1220 AN ORDINANCE ORDERING AN ELECTION IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, TO BE HFID ON THE 8TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, A. Lotion seconded by Alderman Stampfli and carried. 303 I'loved by Alderman Stampfli that the Board of Aldermen authorize and instruct the Tax Collector to reduce taxes for the years 1931, 1932, 1933, and 1934 on (C) East' 251 of TwIlpst bOl Lot 1 and 2, Block 163, Original Townsite, for Joe Ward, from the sum of $264.04 to the sum of $84.00. Moved by Alderman Miller that the Board of Aldermen authorize and instruct the Tax Collector to cancel all taxes for the years 1930-1935, inclusive, on Lot 12 Block 33, Scotland Subdivision, for the North Side Baptist Church. Moved by Alderman Taylor that court costs in the amount of $83.90 and the ac- count of Hawley, Freeze and Nichols in the sum of $750.00 be approved and recommended for payment. T�_otion seconded by Alderman Walker and carried, Yoved by Alderman Walker that the luagnolia Petroleum Company be granted per- mission to install a gasoline pump on curb line at Eighth and Travis with the under- standing that sarn will be removed at the discretion of the City or Board of Aldermen.
