full and after a lengthy discussion of the ordinance, the following motion was put in
order:

final reading and be adopted as read.

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1081, BEING AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THEj
SALE OF ICE MANUFACTURED FROM UNDI3TILLED 6WATER, EXCEPT FROM: ?NATER FROM CITY MAINS, I
PASSED AND APPROVED ON THE 21ST DAY CF DECELBER, A.D. 1931.
Moved by Alderman Rodgers that Ordinance No. 1216 be passed on its second ,
reading.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stampfli and carried by the following vote:
Yeas: Aldermen Rodgers, Stampfli, Miller, Taylor, and Stokes.
Nays: Alderman Walker and Mayor Young.
Moved by Alderman '.Walker that the Board of Aldermen authorize the cancella-
tion and surrender of CERTIFICATE OF INDEBTEDNESS held by the City of ,dichita Falls
against the American Refining Properties in the amount of $212.50 for and in con-
sideration of the payment by the American Refining Properties of 8'f, which is $18.06.

Moved by Alderman Walker that the Board of Aldermen hereby authorize and
direct the City Tax Collector and Assessor to record on his accounts the following
listed refunds of taxes, and also hereby instruct the City Treasurer to issue and
honor warrants covering said items:

RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF "ICHITA FALLS:
THAT the City of Wichita Falls hereby authorize the execution of an agree-
ment to furnish electrical energy necessary to supply all lights and lighting equip-
ment proposed to be installed by the Highway Department in connection with the Scott
Street viaduct and the approach to the new quarters of the Department on Scott Street
south entrance to the City. ,

Moved by Alderman Taylor that the Board of Aldermen authorize execution
of a Deed to the County of Wichita for the purpose of furnishing the State Highway
Department certain Right-of-Way described as follows:
"Beginning in the South line 148.0 feet ,"lest of the Southeast
corner; thence N. 330 02' E. 262.5 feet to the East line
218.0 feet North of the Southeast corner and containing
0.603 acres more or less."
Motion seconded by Alderman Staripfli and carried.
Moved by Alderman Stampfli that the meeting be adjourned.
