Min 08/10/1935 'lichita Falls, Texas I-emorial -aiuditorium Building August 10, 1935 The Board of Aldermen of the City of 1,lichita Falls met in regular called session at 9:30 A.M. in the Council Chamber in the Lemorial Auditorium on the above date with the following members present: John T. Young, kayor b-ack Taylor, Claude Liller, J. B. Stokes, Aldermen L. C. Rodgers, J -ark D. Walker T 1�ack Thomas, City hanager J. H. Crouch, City Clerk B. D. Sartin, i-icting City Attorney 1oved by --lderman Taylor that the following resolution be adopted. Y.otion seconded by "lderman 1iller and carried by the following vote: Yeas: Aldermen Taylor, Yiller, Stokes, Rodgers, and TiTalker. Nays: None. RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED 13Y THE BOARD OF ALDE111EN CF THE CITY OF 7TICHITA FALLS that labor, equipment, and material in the sum of 9742.80 be furnished to the T',Tork Progress Administration, District 12, State of Texas, for use on a project entitled "Improve- ment of Canal and Right-of-way from Lake Wichita to Treatment Plant." Tv,oved by -lderman Liller that the following resolution be adopted. Motion seconded by Alderman Taylor and carried by the following vote: Yeas: Aldermen killer, Taylor, Rodgers, �'!alker, and Stokes. Nays: None. RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE BOARD OF ALDEPI]EN OF TBE CITY OF 7TICHITA FALLE-, THAT labor, equipment, and materials in the sum of $1,308.50 be furnished to the 1,!ork's Pro- gress Administration District 12 State of Texas for use on a project entitled "Filling In of Gaps in Sidewalks on Seventh Street from Van Buren to Austin Str6ets." koved by Alderman Taylor that the following resolution be adopted.
