The Board of Aldermen of the City of ','U'ichita Falls met in regular session
at 7:30 P.Y. on the above date in the Council Chamber in the Memorial Auditorium
with the following members present:

The L.inutes of the previous meeting were read and approved*
Yoved by Alderman Walker that the Board of Aldermen authorize and instruct
the Tax Collector to extend the time for payment on all taxes due the City of '.."ichita
Falls, both current and delinquent, and waive all penalties and interest for 1934 and
prior years until ;..�'eptember 1, 1935.
Lotion seconded by Alderman 1�uiller and carried.
11oved by Alderman Taylor that the following resolution be adopted.

RESOLUTION
BEE IT PEiSOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDE11,2N OF THE CITY OF ITICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
THAT labor, equipment and materials in the amount of $604.50 are hereby appropriated
for the completion of Kell Field Airport.
Loved by Alderman Taylor that the City 1-anager be added to the Council
Committee on water improvement.

Moved by Alderman Walker that the Board of Aldermen authorize a committee
composed of Alderman V. E. Stampfli, City �-anager back Thomas and City Attorney 79. E.
George to issue letters of authority to property owners in the purchase of rig)It-of-
way for HigIrTay No. 66 over the California Street routing.
Lotion seconded by Alderman Taylor and carried.
Moved by Alderman Stokes that the meeting be adjourned,

The Board of Aldermen then adjourned.
