The Board of Aldermen of the 'City of iiiichita Falls met in regular session
at 7:30 P.h". on the above date in the Council Chamber in the Lemorial Auditorium
with the following members present:

The !�.inutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
L,oved b- Alderman litampfli that the Board of Aldermen accept for the
City of �Iichita Falls approximately 18 acres of additional park site donated by
-J. B. Hamilton.
Lotion seconded by Alderman Stokes and carried.
Loved by Alderman lijalker that in appreciation of the recent gift to this
City by ,,T. B. Hamilton of approximately 45 acres of desirable park property, heretofore
known as County Club Estates Park, the Board of Aldermen hereby officially designate
this property as "Hamilton Park", and order that it so appear on the official maps
of the Clity.

Loved by Alderman Walker that the City of �vichita Falls waive all
penalties and interest on delinquent taxes to lv;arch 15, 1935.

Loved by Alderman Stokes that the City Clerk be authorized to remit $1.00
inspection fee, Receipt No. 244, dated January l?, 1935, to T. D. Hall.

Alderman Claude L-iller came into the Council Chamber and was present
for the remainder of the meeting.
bpon the request of a representative of the Texas Company it was moved by Alder
man Rodgers that the City Engineer be instructed to issue a special, permit to the Texas
Company for the erection of ornamental signs at llth & Holliday and Brook & Ninth Streets
with the understanding that the Texas Company will remove said signs in the future at the
request of the Board of Aldermen� it being furt',er understood that the City s1r,all be pro-
tected buy tile Texas Co. from any and all liability that ray arise On account of said signE3.
