Resolution awarding the bid for the Permanent Indirect Potable
Reuse System River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant
Improvements Project to Archer Western Construction, LLC in the
amount of $16,026,000.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Permanent
Indirect Potable Reuse System River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements
Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Archer Western
Construction, LLC, which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of
$16,026,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Permanent Indirect Potable Reuse System River Road
Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project is awarded to Archer Western
Construction, LLC, in an estimated total amount of $16,026,000.00, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of February, 2016.
