The Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls met in
regular session at 7 :30 P. M. on the above date in the Council
Chamber in the Memorial Auditorium .Building with the following

The meeting was opened with prayer and the I. inutes of
the previous meeting were read and approved.

structed to require contractor of the J. C. Penney Building to
open a 7 ft shute on the outside portion of the sidewalk.

The report of the City 1-anager on bids for repairs to
the ,,Vichita General Hospital, recommending the acceptance of the
several bids approved by the County Commissioners? Court, was

Y'oved by Alderman Stampfli that the report of the City Ylanager
be accepted and the bids approved.
Motion seconded by Alderman Talker and carried.
Moved by Alderman Stampfli that the Council approve the ac-
counts of W. L. Neel for $15.00 for :ranch Library Rental; P. H. Lambert
& Co. : 12.50; and F. Mi. Rugeley expense account r16.50.
Motion seconded by Alderman Stokes and carried.
Moved by Alderman Taylor that the Board of Aldermen authorize
and instruct the City Manager, City Clerk, and City Treasurer to trans-
fer from the several Interest and Sinking Fund accounts, regardless of
the amounts now in the said Interest and Sinking Fund accounts, and
overdraw said accounts where necessary, to return the sum of $57,910.72
to the General Fund and Park Fund; the said §$57,910.72 having been
transferred into said Interest and Sinking Fund accounts as shown by
audit schedule of P. H. lambert & Co. to-wit :
